Return Policy

Returns of unused products must be made within 7 days of receipt. Contact us first to get an Approval code number so your return is not rejected. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping, freight and all handling charges will not be refunded. Custom orders are non-refundable. All prices subject to change without notice. All Returned items must be in its original packaging , any extra tears or markings on the original packaging will result in denial of returns. Item must arrive at the Parkoworld inc. facility without any damage. All custom signs or products are non-refundable. Parkoworld inc. is not responsible for Return shipping charges and/or handling charges. After items are received, Parkoworld inc will perform a detailed inspection which can take up to 10 business days, after completion of inspection and approval of inspection parkoworld inc will issue a refund minus shipping charges and restocking fee with a check. Refunds take up to one full billing cycle to be sent out

Signs - 25% restocking fee
M-Stands - 30% restocking fee
Umbrellas - 25% restocking fee
Rubber cones, delineators or any barricades - 35% restocking fee
podiums, key boxes or metal stands - 25% restocking fee
Electronic Items or LED lights - 25% restocking fee
Uniforms - NON-Refundable
Custom signs and items - NON-Refundable

Package items in its original box
Make sure all items are in the box as they came in
Add Approval code number form inside the packaging
Tape or strap items in its original way to avoid damages
Palleted items please repack, strap and shrink wrap.
